    NGOBOX, the largest development sector platform in India hosted its 4th annual flagship event ‘India CSR Summit and Exhibition 2017’, the country’s premier Corporate Social Responsibility conference at Hyatt Regency, Gurugram, Haryana on 18th and 19th September 2017, convening thought leaders, advisory organizations, CSR think tanks, social reformers and government agencies.

    India CSR 2017 emerged as an active congregation attracting more than 2,100 delegates, 300+ CSR Heads of corporations, 20 keynote sessions, 150+ exhibitors from businesses and NGOs to discuss contemporary socio-economic issues and interchange thoughts for the cause of inclusive development. Anudip Foundation, with a ten year track-record in working in vocational skill development and economic growth of under-privileged sections of the society, participated in the CSR conference to explore new associations for CSR projects.

    This year, the event gathered some of the sharpest minds from across the country to discuss and accelerate new ways for strengthening the CSR ecosystem in India for sustainable impact and growth.  “India CSR Sumit  2017 is a tremendously prestigious platform’’ said Mr. Manish Kumar, Managing Director & CEO, NSDC, during the inaugural address, “With its expertise and vision of the new age CSR, this conference would help in the transfer of knowledge across the gathering for large-scale social and business impact.” India CSR 2017 gathering offered twenty parallel conference tracks inviting leaders from across sectors to discuss and debate insightful topics like “ Technology in Education,’’ “Better Healthcare through CSR,’’ “New phase of Philanthropic Approach,” “Design Thinking for Social Impact” and “Corporate Engagement in Skilling India.”

    The Anudip exhibit at the summit attracted hundreds of visitors to learn about how technology is leveraged to create digital livelihoods at scale, while uplifting society and executing CSR projects for corporate India. The two-day conference brought together professionals from diverse backgrounds and a range of experience levels which created an interactive forum for Anudip to dialogue and share its vision on trends that augment sustainable growth of the underdeveloped societies. Speaking on the occasion, Prasenjit Kundu, Executive Director, Anudip emphasized, “ CSR has become a key benchmark of corporate performance.
