Reskilling India’s Workforce for the AI Age

From classrooms to careers, and from everyday spaces to workplaces, artificial intelligence is already reshaping how Indians learn, work, and earn. No longer a future promise, AI is redefining job roles, access to opportunity, and pathways to economic mobility across the country.

This India AI Impact Pre-Summit, AI & the Future of Work: Building an Equitable India, is a convening of policymakers, industry leaders, and civil society organisations to advance inclusive workforce readiness in the age of artificial intelligence. Organised by Anudip Foundation, in alignment with India’s Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), the Pre-Summit serves as a platform to drive collaboration, share scalable models, and strengthen pathways for equitable AI adoption and employment.
