About the Project

The CSR Project aims to identify and mobilize youth (18–35 years) from colleges across Indore and Bhopal and provide them with industry-relevant technical training programs (Java, Python, AWS and basis Analytics). The initiative focuses on skill development, employability enhancement, and successful placement of trained candidates in relevant domains.

Role Summary

The Operations Manager – CSR will be responsible for end-to-end execution of the Corporate CSR project across Indore and Bhopal. The role involves establishing and managing college partnerships, overseeing training delivery, ensuring quality implementation, and driving placement outcomes. The Project Manager will work closely with internal teams (training, operations, and placement) and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within timelines and targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of the Corporate CSR project in Indore and Bhopal.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and execution strategies in alignment with CSR objectives.
  • Monitor project milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare periodic progress reports for internal and CSR stakeholders.

2. College Tie-ups & Mobilization

  • Identify and establish partnerships with colleges and institutions in the target locations.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and orientation sessions with college authorities.
  • Coordinate student mobilization efforts in collaboration with the outreach team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with institutional stakeholders.

3. Training Program Management

  • Oversee delivery of technical training programs ensuring quality standards.
  • Coordinate with trainers and operations teams for batch planning and smooth execution.
  • Ensure curriculum alignment with industry requirements.
  • Track attendance, performance, and course completion rates.

4. Placement & Industry Linkages

  • Work closely with the placement team to ensure successful placement of trained candidates.
  • Develop and maintain industry partnerships in relevant domains.
  • Monitor placement targets and employment outcomes.
  • Facilitate job drives and employer interactions.

5. Team Coordination & Leadership

  • Lead and guide the local project team across both locations.
  • Conduct regular review meetings to track performance and address challenges.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with CSR guidelines.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and MIS.
  • Submit regular reports on enrolment, training progress, and placement status.
  • Ensure compliance with donor/CSR reporting requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in skill development/CSR/education sector.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and industry partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of training and placement ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Indore & Bhopal.
