We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Trainer to join our team and strengthen sales capabilities across locations.

🎯 Preferred Industry Background: -BFSI, Microfinance, NBFC, Telecom, Retail
💼 Experience: -2–3 years of hands-on experience in Sales Training and Candidate must know local language.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and field-based sales training programs
Train candidates on sales techniques, customer handling, and product knowledge
Support trainees with on-the-job coaching and performance improvement
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure training effectiveness
Willingness to travel within the city for training and field visits
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Proven experience as a Sales Trainer
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage and motivate trainees
Ready to work from office and travel locally
💰 CTC: – ₹3.6 LPA – ₹4.8 LPA
