From the mangroves of the Sundarbans, Anudip began in 2007 with a simple belief that talent exists everywhere and opportunity can be built. For 19+ years, we’ve helped youth across 22 states find sustainable livelihoods by helping them get employed, earn, and become independent, while lifting entire communities out of generations of struggle.
Today, that focus has evolved and we are now working on building their confidence, judgment, and resilience to navigate an AI-first world on their own terms.
As the economy shifted from digital basics to coding, and then to AI and green skills, we shifted our stance accordingly. Because the goal is no longer just to help youth find jobs. It is to build a young workforce who can think, adapt, and lead long after they’ve left Anudip.

Through teacher training and STEM labs in government schools, we foster early exposure to technology, helping students become future-ready learners.
