Industry Visits
Students visit workplaces relevant to their learning programmes to gain first-hand exposure to professional environments, industry practices and workplace expectations.

Professional Grooming
Students learn professional dressing, workplace etiquette, effective communication and team conduct to prepare for corporate environments.

Building Future Readiness
Our discovery-based learning methodology develops critical thinking, problem-solving and adaptability, enabling students to approach unfamiliar challenges and find solutions independently.

Making Students AI-Ready

Hiring Opportunities at Anudip

DISHA: Multisector Job Fiesta
A structured, AI-assisted recruitment initiative that connects Anudip graduates with multiple employers across leading industry sectors. Arranged and maintained by Anudip’s placement team, this is an opportunity where you gain access to a large pool of future-ready candidates. Each job fiesta attracts approximately 300+ candidates.

Centre-Based Job Drives
These recruitment drives are organized at Anudip’s training centres, bringing together up to 3-4 companies to interview candidates from two to three batches. Each drive provides access to approximately 40–50 candidates across relevant skill areas.

In-Office Job Drives
These are coordinated visits by shortlisted candidate groups to the employer’s workplace for direct interviews. Employers can meet approximately 15–20 candidates suited to their specific role requirements, with the drive scheduled at their convenience.
