Our Pedagogical approach
At Anudip, how we teach is as central to our work as what we teach. To shape that approach, we engaged with industry to understand the outcomes employers seek from their workforce. What emerged was clear: to thrive in a rapidly changing job market, learners must build AI readiness alongside the ability to discover, adapt and learn independently.

As AI reshapes industries, youth from rural and semi-urban communities risk being left behind. At Anudip, we have introduced the AI Academy, where we prepare our students to co-work with AI, across all cohorts, an important skill that will help them navigate through the disruption.
Our impact so far
How we implement AI across our ecosystem

In partnership with industry leaders, we developed a progressive AI curriculum that takes learners from foundational AI literacy to proficiency as AI users and, ultimately, AI builders.

We embedded this curriculum across all existing courses and cohorts, spanning both technical and non-technical programmes.

We established AI Centres of Excellence in major Indian cities, equipped with advanced infrastructure and delivering expert-led training.

To build AI readiness at an institutional level, we developed two in-house AI coaches: ANU AI, which prompts students to think critically, and iChat, which helps them practise English communication.

At Anudip, we recognise that job-ready skills can quickly become obsolete in an AI-driven world. In response, we introduced FuturePro, a tech-enabled, discovery-based learning approach that redefines the trainer’s role as that of a facilitator and moves students away from rote learning towards understanding built on curiosity, inquiry, critical thinking and hands-on experience. The result is a more agile cohort of learners, driven by a lasting ambition to grow.

How we implement it across our learning ecosystem

Training the trainers
We have trained all trainers, across programs to become facilitators. The guiding rule is simple: never answer a student’s question directly. Instead, they respond with probing questions until students find the answer, and they regularly run group activities and peer learning sessions.

Ensuring use of proprietary tools
Trainers ensure that students use ANU AI and iChat when revising at home. Because these tools are built on the same facilitation method as our trainers, they extend that learning experience beyond the classroom.

Tracking facilitator performance
A central team assesses each facilitator across key parameters, including context-led teaching, the number of students learning and exploring independently, and the hands-on practices applied in class.
