Synergistic partnerships with governmental bodies and non-governmental organisations (NGOs), has helped the Foundation spearhead transformative initiatives across diverse regions of India — notably in Meghalaya, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, and Maharashtra, with a focus to enhance livelihood opportunities and foster inclusive growth.

 

Tribal Upliftment

In Meghalaya, Anudip Foundation has harnessed the power of collaboration by joining forces with local government entities and NGOs to combat the pervasive issue of unemployment among tribal populations.

Tailoring skill development programs to align with local needs, Anudip has empowered the region’s youth with both digital and vocational proficiencies, thereby opening doors for them to access work opportunities in burgeoning sectors such as tourism, hospitality, and IT-Enabled services.

In Andhra Pradesh, Anudip has embarked on a collaborative journey with government-operated Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs)., The mission here is bridging the chasm between conventional education and contemporary industry requisites among jobseekers.

With ITI faculty’s help, and its in-house team of experienced trainers, Anudip Foundation seamlessly integrates digital literacy and vocational training into the ITI academic curriculum. Today, this symbiotic alliance has bolstered employability and kindled flames of entrepreneurship among the state’s youth.
