Hailing from Jawale Kadlag, Tal-Saangamner, Maharashtra Saylee Deshmukh’s determination to carve her path led her to Anudip
Foundation after completing her BE in Mechanical Engineering. With farming as her father’s occupation and her mother a
homemaker, Saylee knew the importance of breaking the cycle and creating a brighter future for her family.

Enrolling in the ‘Advanced Program on Java Full Stack Development using Angular’ at Anudip Foundation’s Airoli Centre
funded by Capgemini in 2023, Saylee found more than just a course. Here, she found a supportive community that nurtured her ambitions. “My father has always been my role model, guiding me in every step of my life,” Saylee shares. “But Anudip provided the platform and guidance to turn my aspirations into reality.”

Under the mentorship of her favourite faculty, Ms. Khusbhu Thakur, Saylee mastered advanced technical skills and gained confidence in her abilities. “Through this course, I became more confident in pursuing my career goals,” Saylee expresses, reflecting on her journey.

Completing the course in January 2024, Saylee embarked on a new chapter as a ‘Software Developer, with a designation of Analyst, earning a commendable salary of annual salary of 3.9 lakhs. “The financial stability has allowed me to support my family’s growth and medical expenses and invest in their well-being,” Saylee proudly shares.

The impact of Saylee’s success extends beyond her achievements. The family incomewitnessed a significant rise from ₹1.20 to ₹5.20 per annum after her stint with Anudip. Saylee’s story is a testament to the transformative power of education and empowerment.

But it’s not just about the financial aspect; Saylee’s lifestyle changes reflect her growth. “With a stable income, my and I now indulge in learning new things related to my career,” Saylee shares. “Yet, I never forget my passion for dance and reading books.”
