Growing up in a middle-class family of four in Kolkata, Shrejal Gupta always had a strong desire for financial independence and career growth.
“I was in my second year of B.Com when I realized I needed something more to guarantee employment,” Shrejal recalls. “That’s when Anudip’s Service Desk Executive Course appeared with a promise to bridge the gap between my education and employability.”
In March 2024, Shrejal enrolled in the intensive one-month program at Anudip Foundation’s Dunlop Centre. “Every day brought new challenges, pushing me beyond my limits. But with each hurdle I overcame, I felt myself transforming from a hesitant student into a confident professional.” Shrejal recounts, her eyes sparkling with the memory. “We dove deep into IT fundamentals, mastered ticketing systems, and honed our communication skills through role-playing exercises.”
Upon completing the course Shrejal felt ready to take on the job market. Her hard work paid off when she secured a position at Amazon as a CAP (Concession Abuse Prevention) Associate. In her role, Shrejal investigates potential abuse cases, applying the analytical and customer service skills she honed during her Anudip training.
“When I saw the Amazon logo on my offer letter, I felt like I had been handed the keys to my future,” Shrejal says, her voice brimming with pride. “During my interview, I confidently navigated complex customer scenarios using the de-escalation techniques we practiced at Anudip. It wasn’t just about landing a job at a tech giant; it was proof that with the right skills and mindset, even the sky isn’t the limit.”
“Every day, I use the data analysis skills we learned to spot patterns in customer behavior,” Shrejal explains. “The course’s emphasis on ethical decision-making guides me when I’m investigating sensitive cases. And those mock call sessions? They prepared me perfectly for handling challenging conversations.”
With a starting salary of 2.5 LPA, she’s already contributing to her family’s financial stability.“This isn’t just a paycheck; it’s the first chapter of my success story, “Shrejal declares with conviction.
“Anudip didn’t just teach me technical skills; they showed me how to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, how to approach problems systematically, and how to communicate effectively in a professional setting. These aren’t just job skills – they’re life skills. Now, every day at work feels like another step towards conquering the corporate world.
