Job Title: Account Manager – College Model
Reporting To: Deep Tech Operations Manager
Location: As per project requirement
Role Objective
The Account Manager – College Model will be responsible for building, managing, and strengthening long-term partnerships with colleges and educational institutions. The role focuses on ensuring seamless program delivery, improving operational efficiency, and expanding engagement through strategic cross-selling of courses aligned with institutional and community needs.
Key Responsibilities
College Partnerships & Account Management
- Manage existing college partnerships and onboard new institutional tie-ups
- Build strong relationships with college leadership and key stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for all college-related coordination
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant courses and programs
Program Delivery & Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with colleges to improve program execution and delivery efficiency
- Conduct periodic field visits to ensure quality and compliance across locations
- Support timely implementation of project activities
Strategic Planning & Performance Tracking
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with project targets
- Define KPIs and monitor performance against agreed outcomes
- Continuously assess and optimize strategies based on results and feedback
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Technology, and Program teams
- Share on-ground insights to enhance program relevance and effectiveness
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
- Experience in account management, client relations, or business development
(Preference: Tech education / skilling / academic partnerships) - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working with limited resources
- Passion for education, skilling, and technology-led learning initiatives
