Role Objective
The AI Faculty – Training & Operations will be responsible for delivering high-quality AI training and monitoring the student lifecycle to ensure standardized learning outcomes. The role involves curriculum design, hands-on training, learner engagement, and alignment of AI concepts with real-world industry applications.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on training sessions on AI fundamentals, applications, and emerging technologies
- Explain AI concepts, tools, and theoretical foundations in a simplified, practical manner
- Demonstrate AI’s role in improving efficiency across industries and domains
Curriculum & Content Development
- Design and develop AI curriculum, learning materials, activities, and projects
- Create industry-aligned, sector-specific AI training modules
- Ensure AI ethics, bias, and responsible AI practices are embedded in all training content
Hands-on Learning & Tools
- Conduct workshops using AI tools and platforms such as TensorFlow, OpenAI, and cloud-based AI solutions
- Guide learners on effective usage of AI tools including ChatGPT, Copilot, Perplexity, Gemini, and similar platforms
- Train learners on AI datasets, data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and annotation
Learner Monitoring & Engagement
- Track participant progress, engagement, and learning outcomes
- Modify training methods based on learner feedback and varying levels of AI literacy
- Support diverse learning styles to ensure effective knowledge absorption
Collaboration & Quality Assurance
- Collaborate with industry experts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to maintain content accuracy and relevance
- Support continuous improvement of training strategies and delivery quality
Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in AI training
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with AI
- Overall 3+ years of training experience
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in Python or other machine learning programming languages
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, platforms, and data annotation processes
- Strong understanding of AI ethics and best practices
- Familiarity with machine learning model development and training
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in AI or related courses
