Job Title: Associate Dean (Hardware, Networking & Cloud Technologies)
Location: Delhi / Mumbai / Pune / Chennai
Reporting To: VP – Operations (Deeptech)
Role Overview
The Associate Dean (Hardware, Networking & Cloud Technologies) will play a critical leadership role in strengthening the academic and training delivery of deep technology programs. This role will work closely with the Dean – Academics while directly reporting to the VP – Operations, ensuring alignment between academic excellence and industry relevance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and execution of training programs (Hardware, Networking, Cloud Technologies).
- Collaborate with the Dean – Academics to ensure high-quality curriculum delivery and continuous improvement.
- Drive standardization of training methodologies, content, and assessment frameworks.
- Ensure programs are aligned with current industry trends, certifications, and employer expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technology industry partners for curriculum inputs, guest sessions, and placement opportunities.
- Oversee faculty performance, mentor trainers, and support capability building initiatives.
- Monitor training outcomes, learner performance, and placement success rates.
- Support innovation in learning methodologies including blended learning, labs, and hands-on training models.
- Coordinate with internal teams (placement, operations, content) for seamless program execution.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and reporting requirements.
- TTT for ne trainers.
Skill Set Required
- Strong academic and professional background in Hardware, Networking, CCNA, and Cloud Technologies.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Trainer/Faculty in Hardware, Networking, CCNA, and Cloud Technology domains.
- Prior experience in a role of Training Manager / Academic Operations / Learning Delivery, leadership role is preferred
- Ability to lead academic delivery, mentor trainers/faculty members, and ensure quality learning outcomes.
- Experience in curriculum planning, training operations, batch management, and academic governance is necessary.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team handling skills are essential.
- Candidate should possess leadership capabilities with the ability to drive academic excellence and operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Certifications in Cloud/Networking (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco, CompTIA) will be an advantage.
