Placement Manager-Deeptech Academy Corporates Strategic Partnerships (IT & ITES Placements)

Location- Mumbai and Hyderabad 

CTC Budget-10-12 LPA

Responsibilities-

  • Managing Deeptech Academy Corporates Strategic Partnerships: The Deeptech Academy is a unique offering wherein Anudip works with engineering students to provide domain and soft skills training to make them employable. This vertical is poised to grow to 20,000 students annually.
  • Liaise with industry: to understand new needs and help curate new-age employment-oriented courses
  • Responsible for strategic planning and implementations
  • Initiate, Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients o understand their talent requirements.
  • Networking with Corporates across sectors- IT/ITES,BFSI, Ecomm, etc to be the preferred recruitment partner for Digital, technology and IT/ITES skills.
  • Align the geography, programs and available profiles and
  • influencing initial/frontline hiring strategies of Corporates to build an inclusive workforce.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process.
  • Effective partnership with internal stakeholders, especially Academic, Content and Operations to deliver the programs in line with the client’s requirements.
  • Ability to follow and implement SoPS guided by the leadership in order to secure smooth and effectives outcomes against the hiring opportunities.
  • Build and promote successful outcomes internally and externally.
  • Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, quarterly plan to ensure fruitful results/outcome.

Desired profile

  • MBA/postgraduate in any discipline
  • Total 10-12 Years of experience in Corporates Strategic Partnerships, preferably from an IT staffing (Account Sales) role with 15+ years of experience.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of current technological trends and business concepts.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Strong consultative sales approach.
  • Desired Experience: 10-12 years of experience preferably in IT/ITES staffing (Account Sales). Or A professional with experience in managing large accounts in fresher Bulk Temp hiring roles.
  • Proven track record of successful client management and relationship building
  • Strong understanding of hiring strategies specific to the IT
