Job Description – Learning Manager/ Training Manager
Position: Learning Manager (AE)
Location: Delhi
Department: Academic Excellence
Reports To: Academic Head
Role Overview:
Learning Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of academic operations,
monitoring batch performance, trainer effectiveness and student engagement. The role
requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and proactive monitoring to drive learning
outcomes and ensure compliance with academic processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Trainer Monitoring & Quality
• Conduct monthly trainer session observations and share feedback.
• Organize and evaluate mock interviews, providing student-wise feedback.
• Publish quarterly trainer grades based on defined academic parameters.
2. Batch & Academic Management
• Validate course details, batch status and schedule accuracy.
• Monitor attendance, module completion and baseline assessments.
• Track FM class completion percentage and ensure timely rescheduling.
3. Student Engagement & Readiness
• Conduct AE interaction sessions with students.
• Ensure student profiles (LinkedIn, Email, Facebook IDs) are updated.
• Verify biometric registration (where applicable) is properly completed.
• Identify probable dropouts and coordinate reinstatement efforts.
4. Assessments & Feedback
• Ensure baseline and final assessments are conducted on time.
• Coordinate mock interview sessions
• Monitor assessment completion and student performance.
5. Placement Coordination & Batch Closure
• Ensure eligible students are nominated for placement opportunities.
• Verify academic parameters before batch closure:
o FM class completion %
o Module completion per student
o Course-level attendance compliance
• Manage exception approvals (if required) and ensure timely closure.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in [Education/Management/Relevant Field].
• 2–4 years of experience in academic coordination, training operations, or related
roles.
• Prior experience in student engagement or training operations preferred.
